Fundraising for London and its Communities

The team at Empower London Foundation believe a better world is possible. It takes integrity, community, innovation…and thinking outside the box. We’re committed to raising funds to better the lives of disadvantaged communities and underappreciated individuals. By partnering with reputable charities and public sector organisations, our work will make a crucial difference.

Our Mission

Empower London’s mission is simple: to maintain, improve, and expand extraordinary programmes already realised by London’s brightest charities. We’re here to help bolster these initiatives through robust support, access to resources, and big-hearted funding. The more money we raise, the more lives we better. Children are our future. It’s time to invest in them.

Our Approach

By delivering funding to our charitable partners via a structured plan of action, ELF will create a meaningful and powerful impact. We aim to maintain close working relationships with the Greater London Authority and the capital’s 32 boroughs, respectively.
With the cost of weekly tutoring averaging around £1,000 per year, £15M of raised funds could assist 15,000 children (or 150,000 over a decade). The more funds we raise, the more young people we help. It really is that simple.

Our Commitments

Empower London Foundation only works with registered charities with a strong reputation and a proven track record. Due diligence and transparency are essential to our partnerships; they’re what our ethos was built on. The amount of funds raised and the impact the money has made will be disclosed to the public in an annual report. Empower London will not seek donations from the public, only through special events hosted across the capital.

Fundraising Strategy

Funding Sources

Every year, THE LONDON FESTIVAL will deliver vital funding to our partner charities’ educational, cultural, and entrepreneurial programmes. Public awareness campaigns will be funded separately via corporate donors and sponsors.
No money will be raised via the public or through fundraising campaigns. We are a registered charity that’s in full compliance with UK laws and the Fundraising Regulator.
